How It Works
WINNINGEVERYTIME is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The United Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.

To ensure that the shipping process flows smoothly please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information the customer will be responsible for reshipping cost.If you input the wrong shipping address, contact us at about an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to make all changes however, we cannot guarantee anything after order has been placed. WINNINGEVERYTIME is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in California within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Items may be shipped sooner than 5-10 business days.
